This week of 25 days of giving, we are featuring non profits who are focused on serving women in the US or internationally who are survivors of sex trafficking, sexual exploitation or addiction. These organizations are having an impact here in the US, as well as overseas.
We exist to empower the rescue and restoration of those in sexual slavery and to prevent exploitation.
Shared Hope International is dedicated to bringing an end to sex trafficking through our three-prong approach. PREVENT Through training, awareness, and collaboration, we seek to inspire creative prevention strategies.
We are one of the largest organizations in the world that is solely fighting human trafficking. At a local, domestic, and international level. All over the world, we are not just responding to trafficking that is already taking place, but we are actively working on the frontlines to prevent it from happening to begin with.

House of Cherith. House of Cherith, run by City of Refuge, serves as a safe and refreshing home for victims of sex exploitation and trafficking. As the number one city in the United States for sex trafficking, Atlanta is home to an estimated 12,400 transactions [source: Urban Institute] each month. The goal of House of Cherith is to provide women with the opportunity for rescue, restoration, and a chance to start a new life.
The work of love is to keep lighting the way for millions of women still searching for a way out.
For over 20 years, Thistle Farms has lit a pathway of healing and hope for women survivors of trafficking, prostitution, and addiction.
ZOE International is a Christian organization with the mission to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ and to make disciples of the unreached people of the world and to demonstrate God’s compassion through rescuing and caring for orphans and children from human trafficking.
